A Coastal Landmark: Merging Durability with Natural Beachfront Aesthetics

Located along San Fabian’s beachfront in Pangasinan, The Bolasi Beach Baywalk project transformed 2,695 square meters of coastal space into a durable and visually engaging public walkway. This flagship development redefines the local landscape, merging public utility with decorative concrete craftsmanship to create a single, cohesive destination that enhances both walkability and safety.

Inspired by the Rhythms of the Shoreline

The design language of the baywalk draws heavily from the natural elements of the beach, integrating patterns and textures that echo the surrounding coastal ecosystem. By utilizing the Bomanite Imprint System, The project successfully mimics natural stone and sand formations.

Engineered for High-Performance and Public Safety

To achieve aesthetic richness while ensuring long-term performance in a high-traffic coastal environment, the project utilized specialized decorative concrete systems. The slip-resistant finishes were seamlessly integrated across the baywalk to ensure public safety without compromising the design intent. These engineered surfaces are capable of withstanding the rigors of the coastal climate, providing a low-maintenance solution that preserves the baywalk’s visual depth and character for years to come.

A Sustainable Outcome

Bolasi Beach now stands as a vibrant example of sustainable design and craftsmanship. By incorporating low-VOC sealers, recycled formwork, and careful drainage planning, the project minimized its environmental footprint while aligning with the natural flow of the bay. Today, the baywalk defines the visitor journey in San Fabian, where performance, durability, and local identity converge into an enduring beachfront destination.
